About Beautiful & Well
Beautiful & Well is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on enhancing natural beauty and well-being. Lynn is committed to delivering personalized care to each individual, ensuring a positive and fulfilling healthcare experience.
Here, we believe healthcare should be different. We take the time to truly listen, understand your concerns, and work with you to create a plan that addresses the root causes—not just the surface problems. Our mission is to restore the human connection in medicine, offering compassionate, patient-centered care in a setting where you’re never just a number on a chart.
About Lynn
I began my healthcare career as a Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical/Oncology unit at Banner Health, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care. In 2014, I earned my Nurse Practitioner degree from Grand Canyon University and continued my work in Oncology as a Nurse Practitioner. For the past 11 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in direct patient care where I held various roles including healthcare provider, clinic manager, and regional director overseeing multiple clinics across the valley. Additionally, I’ve taught in the nursing program at Arizona State University, sharing my knowledge and passion for healthcare with future nurses.
Outside of work, I’m an animal lover and enjoy volunteering to foster dogs when I can. I also am part of the Brother's, Big Sisters organization and love spending time with my little sister. I’m also passionate about staying active, traveling, and exploring new experiences. I’m married, have three amazing dogs, and two chickens! I’m excited to work with you and help you feel your best!
